CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 7/2425Payment
1. Payment is due up front.
2. No refunds will be permitted after the line art is completed.
3. A commercial use fee will be charged if your commission’s intended use falls within the definition provided under Commercial Use.Process
1. Confirm preferred contact method.
2. Character, pose, expression, and any other references will be sent, along with any other details wanted in the commission.
3. Payment is accepted
4. The sketching process will begin after there is a mutual understanding of what is being asked.
5. Sketch is approved.
5. Completion of the commission will start, and ALL updates will be provided on Trello.
If at any time there are concerns or questions, please message me via our set contact method.It is up to the buyer to keep up with updates on my Trello. Only certain circumstances will lead me to contact you for approval of any steps after the sketch. If you are worried about keeping up with my Trello, please let me know. I'm flexible, and we can figure something out!
6. A watermarked version of the finished commission will be sent for approval.
7. Any final revisions. Maximum of 3, but I'm flexible.
8. The finished and approved commission will be delivered through Google Drive. Once delivered via Google Drive, the commission is complete, and no more revisions are to be made unless it is an error caused by me (the artist).Commercial Use
1. There is no commercial use unless discussed prior to payment.
2. If commercial use is agreed upon, there will be an additional fee depending on the circumstances.
3. Commercial use is any use of commissioned work to profit financially, ex; merchandise, items behind a paywall (locked emotes, badges, etc,.), and more.
4. If you are unsure if your intended use falls under my commercial use policies, please select "maybe" on my commission request form regarding commercial use!
5. Assets for branding (logo, panels, non-paywalled emotes (including discord), overlays, twitch assets, etc,) +50% of the original price.
6. Digital and physical goods ( member rewards, merchandise, paywalled emotes, etc.) +100% of the original price.Disclaimers
1. I have the right to deny any commission requests.
2. No refunds will be permitted after the line art is completed.
3. Everything on the form is what is currently offered for commissions.
4. USE OF MY ART FOR NFTS OR AI IS NOT OKAY.
5. AI references will NOT be accepted.
6. All commissions will be posted in my portfolio and on my social media UNLESS a privacy fee is paid!

Anything listed on my website that is not on my VGen can be requested via VGen messages!! I can only have 5 services available at once so Ill have to make it available :D
